I hold a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and am a longtime fitness professional. By combining my nutrition education and evidence-based strategies with health coaching techniques, I partner with you to deliver dietary and behavior change to positively impact your health.

Through diet and health assessment, meal planning, supplement support, lifestyle suggestions, and analysis of standard and functional labs, I provide a personalized nutrition plan based in science that suits your individual needs, health conditions, and lifestyle.
