Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Coconut Aminos

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons miso paste

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

2/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a liquid measuring cup.

Stir and pour into small mason jar or dressing bottle.

Shake well before serving.

Serve on salads or with fish or chicken.

Notes:

Store dressing in the fridge 7-10 days.

Before serving, allow dressing to come up to room temperature for 10 minutes.

Fresh ginger root can be stored in the freezer and grated as needed. Use a microplane to grate.

Feel free to add garlic, herbs or sesame seeds.
